Cookies Policy

This policy explains what cookies L&M Property Sourcing Ltd (“L&M”, “we”) sets on lmpropertysourcing.co.uk, what each one does, and how you can control them.

It complements our Privacy Notice, which describes how we handle personal data in general.

Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and session storage — these are also covered by this policy.

3. Third-party cookies

If you click through to certain pages or services, third parties may set cookies on your device. We use the following:

Provider	Purpose	Where it loads
Stripe	Fraud prevention and payment processing when you check out for L&M Academy.	buy.stripe.com (Stripe's own domain — not lmpropertysourcing.co.uk)
Google Fonts	Loads the Helvetica Neue / Georgia / Cormorant Garamond font families. Google sets a font-cache cookie.	fonts.googleapis.com · fonts.gstatic.com

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any equivalent analytics or advertising tracker.

4. Strictly necessary cookies

All cookies set directly by lmpropertysourcing.co.uk are strictly necessary to deliver core functionality. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent.

5. How to control cookies

Browser settings: all modern browsers let you block or delete cookies from the privacy settings. Detailed steps for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are at aboutcookies.org.
Clear our cookies specifically: in your browser's developer tools → Application tab → Storage → Local Storage → lmpropertysourcing.co.uk → clear.
Block all cookies: note that this will prevent the founding-cohort members area from remembering your login within a session.

6. Do Not Track

We honour the “Do Not Track” browser signal where technically possible. We do not currently set any tracking cookies whether DNT is on or off.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add a new cookie or change what an existing cookie does, we'll update this page and bump the version date. The current version is at the top of this page.
