Sign Terms of Business & AML

Before any deal is formally allocated, you'll sign our Terms of Business and provide standard AML documentation (ID, proof of address, proof of funds). Simple and quick.

Proceed to Offer & Completion

You instruct your solicitor. We introduce you to the agent or vendor. Sourcing fee of £3,000–£6,000 (as agreed) is payable on exchange or completion. We progress-chase until completion.

Yes. We work hand in hand with trusted partner firms and their investors in the UAE and Germany, alongside UK-based investors. The opportunities are UK property across London and prime UK locations.

Not yet. HMRC anti-money-laundering (AML) supervision is pending. Until it is granted the service is waitlist only — we do not package, match or transact on any deal, and we hold no client money.

Every deal is measured against a six-comparable RICS Red Book desktop valuation — sold-price data within 12 months and 0.5 miles, adjusted for condition and floor area.

When the service is live, the sourcing fee is a flat fee paid by the buyer side on completion of a packaged deal — never a percentage of value and never a promised return. No fee is taken before HMRC AML supervision is granted.
