Before any deal is formally allocated, you'll sign our Terms of Business and provide standard AML documentation (ID, proof of address, proof of funds). Simple and quick.
You instruct your solicitor. We introduce you to the agent or vendor. Sourcing fee of £3,000–£6,000 (as agreed) is payable on exchange or completion. We progress-chase until completion.
