Every opportunity is researched, modelled and stress-tested first. We anchor value to an independent RICS Red Book valuation evidenced by six comparables — a discount to a defensible figure, never a loose “below market value” claim.
We build the compliance first. The firm is ICO-registered for data protection, and our HMRC anti-money-laundering supervision is in progress. Until it is granted we operate a waitlist only — we educate and prepare, we do not transact.

They remain hands-on, and out of the spotlight by design: the firm — its method and its standards — stands behind every deal, not a personality.
